How to Retrieve CPF Documents

Step 1 

Go to www.cpf.gov.sg.

Click on the padlock icon on the top right-hand corner to login with Singpass.

Step 2 

Once you have logged in, it will display your CPF Summary, which includes the balance in your Ordinary Account (OA).

Click on the PDF icon on the top right-hand corner to save page as a PDF document.

DESKTOP VERSION

Step 3 

Next, to retrieve the Contribution History, hover your cursor over the ‘my cpf’ tab. Then click on ‘Contribution History’.

Step 4 

Select 15 months’ contribution, and click on the PDF icon to save the document.

Step 5 

For CPF Property Statement, go to ‘my cpf’, and then ‘Home Ownership’.

Step 6

Click on the PDF icon to save the document.

WEB VERSION, ON MOBILE

Step 1 

Go to www.cpf.gov.sg.

Click on the padlock icon on the top right-hand corner to login with Singpass. 

Step 2 

Once you have logged in, you can scroll down to see your CPF Summary, which includes the balance in your Ordinary Account (OA). 

Click on the PDF icon on the top right-hand corner to save page as a PDF document. 

Step 3 

Next, click on the three horizontal lines on the top right-hand corner. 

Step 4 

Click on the ‘my cpf’ tab -> Click on ‘My Statements’ -> Click on ‘Contribution History’. 

Click on the PDF icon to save this document. 

Step 5 

Go back to ‘my cpf’ and click on ‘Home Ownership’. This will bring you to the Home Ownership dashboard. Scroll down, and select address of the property.

 

Click on the PDF icon.
